~~Eddie Angel’s instrumental is the latest in Lanark Records’ 52 Singles In 52 Weeks campaign

Eddie Angel’s masterful instrumental of “Devil Or Angel” is the latest in the critically acclaimed new series from Lanark Records, “52 Singles In 52 Weeks”.  Angel is perhaps best known for leading the masked Grammy-nominated instrumental group, Los Straitjackets, as well as the loud rockin’ Planet Rockers among other solo endeavors.  He is constantly touring and winning over fans worldwide.  He’s worked with some of the greats: Robert Gordon, Link Wray, Ronnie Dawson, Deke Dickerson, Th’ Legendary Shack Shakers and so many more.  One listen to this instrumental and you’ll understand why he’s one of the top guitarists in all of rock & roll!

Recent releases also include an unreleased version of “Full Moon Baby” by Sixteen & The Sidewinders.  This version was recorded at Black Shack Recordings in Germany.  Sixteen & The Sidewinders are a trio that capture a raw rockabilly sound with a slight punk edge.  Fans of The Polecats will love them and not just because Phil Polecat plays bass on their recent Blood In My Coffee album which contains the previously released version of “Full Moon Baby”.

Still to come in the series are Halloween singles from Reach Around Rodeo Clowns and The BurliQ’s as well as Doug C & The Blacklisted, Jimmy & The Mustangs, WS Holland Band, Greg Martin (Kentucky Headhunters) and more!  Singles are available digitally at iTunes and Amazon.  Click here to purchase these recent singles:
